Atelier is composed of 14 individual rooms, each belonging to a different artist. While we are currently at capacity for working artists, we encourage you to join our list in case a room should become available. The following are requirements for consideration:
Primary residence must be within 50 miles of Downtown Beaufort.
Applicant is willing to staff the Atelier one day per week and perform duties for maintaining the common spaces.
Studio rent is based on square footage of the available studio, and rent and a “maintenance” fee are collected on the first of each month. No commission is collected by the Atelier.
Interested candidates must provide 5 high resolution images of your recent work (within the last 2 years), and each image must be 300 dpi minimum. CLICK here to submit the images only. You must still submit the form below.
Only selected applicants will be contacted for an in-person panel interview, and must bring 5 ready-to-hang pieces of recent work to the interview.
